On 9th January, iTD was honored to make a public workshop allocated in Viet Nam, it was also our pleasure to welcome the trainer – Ms. Gem Nguyen who has been teaching and training educational experiences to other inspirational teachers for over 10 years in Viet Nam.
On 22nd December 2019, iTD hosted a training session for Speaking Examiners of Cambridge Assessment English, the purpose of the training was to provide examination procedure and grading assessment for candidates.
On the afternoon of November 14th, 2019 at the conference hall of the University of Transport and Communication in Ho Chi Minh City, a signing ceremony was held to organize the Cambridge Assessment English.

As an Authorized Exam Centre of Cambridge Assessment English, on September 27th and 28th, the representative of iTD Academy - Dr. Nguyen Thuy Hong Van- participated in the training workshop " English Competency-based assessment in alignment with the new National Curriculum for General Education”organized by the Ministry of Education and Training National and Cambridge.
Today, August 12th, iTD Academy conducted the training session to transfer neccessary knowledge and tools of INTESOL courses to AXON Education, one of our potential franchises from Dong Nai province.
iTD Academy in Collaboration with Phu Xuan University and iSMART Education Conducted a Train the Trainer Course on Teaching English through Maths and Science.
Recently, on July 23, 2019 iTD Academy organized a training on technology transfer - program operation and teacher training for INTESOL Vietnam program. The training was organized for the leaders and staff working at the Mỹ - Việt English Center (AVI TESOL). This activity is a part of iTD Academy and AVI TESOL’s collaboration in operating the TESOL courses offered by INTESOL Vietnam.

With this cooperation, iTD Academy can officially place a representative office at Newton Grammar School.
On June 21st 2019, International Talent Development Institute (iTD Academy) and American Polytechnic College (APC) attended the ceremony to sign the sponsorship contract of INTESOL Vietnam program at the headquarter of APC. The year I started teaching seventh- to twelfth-grade English in Minneapolis, Prince launched his song about urban ruin, "Sign o' the Times." That song was an apt musical backdrop for the lives of my students, most of whom lived in poverty and challenged me daily. That year also afforded me the opportunity to be assaulted with a stone, two chairs, a Rambo knife, a seventh-grade girl's weak jab, and dozens of creative swear words.
Large classes are a reality in many countries and they pose particular challenges. This article suggests ways to help discipline, to use group work and to cope with limited resources.
We have all seen teachers who can walk into the classroom and their pupils immediately pay attention and fall silent. However, I would say that this is not the case for the majority of young learner teachers who have to work hard to keep students interested and engaged in lessons. I would like to explore in this article some possible strategies which could be used when a teacher is faced with a challenging group of young learners.

How do you deal with the children who don’t want to say or do anything? And how do you organise trips to the toilet without finding yourself with an empty classroom?
